Enable VitalPBX Connect SIP Logging
Your support technician may request you enable SIP logging to help in troubleshooting an issue with your phone service.
1. Open the VitalPBX Connect app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the app to access the Settings menu.
3. Scroll down to "Preferences" and tap it.
4. Scroll down until you see "Log SIP Traffic". Ensure this is enabled (Green).
5. Click Done to return to exit settings.
6. Attempt to replicate the problem. If successful in replicating the issue, access the settings menu again.
7. Tap "SIP Log"
7. Tap the "Copy All" button
Open the email client on your phone.
