Prerequisite
- Completed billing portal registration. If you have not yet completed the registration, click here.
- Successfully logged in to the billing portal.
Overview
Once logged in, you will be presented with the portal home page as seen below.
From the left menu, select "Profile"
Then click the + sign next to "Payment Information"
Click " Add New Payment Method"
Enter your payment details then click "Save Changes"
Your payment details should now be listed under "Payment Information"
If not already set, you can check the box next to "Set Autopay" and click save changes. We will automatically charge your payment method each month. If you prefer to manually make your payments, you can do so by leaving the autopay box unchecked and follow the instructions bellow.
Make a payment
Select "Invoices" from the left menu.
Locate the invoice you want to pay and click the "Pay" button for that invoice.
You will be presented with the "Make Payment" window. Select your payment method from the drop down menu, or to use an altername method, click "Make Onetime Payment" to enter alternate details. Enter the amount you would like to pay, then click "Pay".
